Your profile is really decent and deserved for IIMs. The admission in IIMs are based on percentile obtained in CAT management entrance exam. IIMs have also required individual sectional cutoff in QA, DILR and VARC along with the overall cutoff. The expected overall CAT cutoff of IIMs like Ahmadabad, Bangalore and Kolkata is 99 percentile, While the sectional cutoff is about 70 percentile respectively. Hence start your preparation accordingly.

Candidates with a great CAT score (95+ percentile) and excellent performance in the interview rounds can get admission in an institute like IIM Trichy. The level of difficulty entirely lies in the number of efforts taken to prepare for the exam and interviews. Interested candidates can apply by visting the offcial website. Also, candidates need to fulfil the eligibility criteria for IIM Trichy admissions.

Hi,
It all depends on your potential, but mostly the starting salaries after graduation ranges easily from 2lakh pm to higher packages. But no graduate from IIM works for less than 1 lacs pm.

Hello! All the Iims, especially the older ones, are renowned for their excellent placements. If you are skilled enough and work really hard in those 2 years, you are bound to not only get a really good placement but also repay your loan easily within a couple of years.

For some subjects, Ph.D. or FPM are based on specialisation so NET or JRF qualified you for a few, check those.

If you are planning for an MBA and willing to switch your job, for now, I would say that the offer is worth a try. Working with one of India's retail giants will definitely add points on your resume and even your prior work experience will be an added advantage. As far as I know, you need to have a graduate degree certificate to get into IIMs. Please complete your graduation and apply. You will have an edge over subjects like accounting as you might have studied them in your CA.

Minimum your graduation marks require is 50% and if you score 96 percentile in CAT. Yes, you can get a call from IIM and then, you will be eligible for their GDPI rounds.

Hi Shahid, You can get into Iims with good CAT score. Weightage of 10th, 12th and graduation marks is around 30%. Good %ile in CAT and interviews can overcome less score in your academics. All the Best.
