The 2024 placements for PGP and PGPEx concluded with the highest package of INR 71.50 LPA and INR 35 LPA, respectively. A total of 87 PPO/ PPI offers were made to the PGP students. IIM shillong have the placement cell which works properly for the students of IIM shillong to provide them a best salary package placement cell tie up with many companies so they can easily provide internships, live projects and so many things which can helps to getting a good job for a students

Almost every IIM provide best salary package but if we talk about IIM shillong so it be a top most b school in India which have top most recruitors across India which give the best package to the students if we talk about the last salary package offered in IIM shillong so the highest salary was 71 LPA approximately average salary was 29lpa apporx

In this current year 2023 IIM shillong the highest package stood at 71.30 Lacs per annum and the average package stood at 26.96 Lacs per annum with the hike of 16.70 percent in annual CTC than the previous year IT and analytics domain offered the highest package in IIM shillong
