Yes you can. Selection in IIM depend on CAT score, 10th 12th and graduation marks, achievements, and GI PI score. An M.A. Will be an added advantage. You can also explore on MSW from reputed college and IIM fellowship programme for PG passed like PGP in policy and sustainability.

Yes, Actually IIM shortlists candidates by a formula taking into consideration CAT score, class 10th, class 12th, and graduation marks.

To get admission in IIM one need high CAT score, good academic record, achievements etc. You should seriously prepare for CAT for atleast 6 month to get high CAT score.

I don't think so. Generally it is 15% for SC. For which IIM receive good number of applications. Might be newly opened IIM.

Part time B.Tech students are eligible for pursuing MBA courses or can go abroad also, if doing from an AICTE or UGC approved college or University respectively. So you are eligible for pursuing MBA courses.
