Academic performance is an important component for Iims and contributed about 25% in selection. While CAT score, What, PI and work experience are the other important components. Leading Iims like IIM-A, B and C required the CAT percentile above 99. while IIM Lucknow, Indore and Kozhikode needs CAT percentile between 97-98. The CAT percentile between 94-95 can be safe for Iims like Trichi, Raipur, Ranchi and Kashipur. So keeping your CAT and Academic performance in consideration, your chances for Iims Trichi, Raipur, Ranchi and Kashipur are high.

Yes, if the graduation is from a DEC recognised university/ institution. Iims use a special methodology to shortlist CAT score, consisting of 10th Mark's, 12th marks, graduation marks, CAT score, achievements, interview score. You need to score high in CAT to receive call from IIM. Best Wishes.

The basic eligibility criteria of MBA for all management institutes is a Bachelor degree with minimum 50% of marks. The admission criteria of Iims for MBA courses is varying and 25% (Appx. ). Of weightage is given to academic performance. Further about 5% of weightage is given to the 12th marks. So Academic performance is also playing an important role in selection. Further CAT percentile, What, PI and work experience are the other important components involves in selection.
