I advise you to take maths as a compulsory subject because IIT JEE newly revised pattern of calculating scores considers your marks in Maths, Physics and Chemistry of Class XII. So, if you are interested in doing Engineering, you should take PCM + Optional subject.

The general eligibility criteria are as follows: (a) Bachelor Degree or equivalent B.A. Valid GMAT score (GMAT/GRE scores are valid for three/ five years from the date to the application deadline date of the round in which candidate is applying. (c) Some Iims have minimum age criteria (d) Minimum 5 years of full time work experience after completion of graduation. Hello Tushar,
Yes, you have good chance because you have above than average grades and you have work experience as well so it will add more value to your CV, but you need to prepare for Exams according to the B-school requirement.

An MBA from IGNOU can be a good option for you, but you have to clear the OPENMAT entrance test conducted by IGNOU for admission. Distance MBA of LPUDE is another option, there is no need to participate in any entrance exam.
