As a B.Com student, I believe that you must be thinking that you are at a disadvantage because you are up against a lot of engineers in the country. So Yes, If you score more than 90 percentile - you can get admission in IIM even with Commerce background. Although 85 percentile might get chance in the last cutoff - but you should target for 90 plus to be sure of getting through.

According to my knowledge for MBA in any IIMS, you need to give CAT exam there is no IIMs who except GMAT score.

For admission in MBA, you can have Bachelor's degree.
