Eligibility criteria for CAT is a candidate must holds a Bachelor's degree with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA. If you wants to prepare for CAT, then you can join any classes or if you don't want to join any classes then you can go for online courses.

Hi,
Yes, you can appear in IIT JAM exam for M.Sc. Admissions. Make sure to check all eligibility criteria and syllabus of the exam for your subject before applying to the exam.

Before I mention the salaries, let me start by saying that there are two types of placements:
The Summer Placements: These are internships and salary may range from a few lakhs to even 10,000 per month and is for a period of two to three months. This internship may turn into a full time job based on your performance.
Final Placements: The type of job you get depends on your two years you spent at IIM, your grades, your extra-curriculars and internship. Your final placement salary may range from One Crore
