Yes, you have that opportunity offered by IIM Indore. It offers a 5 year IPM (Integrated Programme in Management). IPM is aimed at students who have passed out of class XII/Higher Secondary or equivalent from schools across India. Please go though this for further details: https://www.iimidr.ac.in/academic-programmes/five-year-integrated-programme-in-management-ipm/
All the best!

You have a good score in class 10th, class 12th and graduation. But, in CAT, your score must be more than 95 percentile. You have a very less chance to getting IIMS.

You have a very good score, but to take admission in IIMs, it depends on your CAT percentile, if you get above 95 percentile in CAT, you can easily get call from IIMS for their GD/PI rounds, when you clear this round, you can easily get admission in IIM.

Dear Manjunath,
For getting shortlisted by the IIMS, a minimum of 99 percentile is expected. You can check the last year and last to last year CAT cut off for IIMS @ https://www.shiksha.com/mba/cat-exam-cutoff
