You will need to score 99%+ in order to be eligible for receiving a call from IIM. So, try to score above that.

There is no specialisation as such. One can take electives as per choice and become a specialist in that field.

Hi Gaurav,
Before suggesting anything, it's important to know your graduation stream. If it's a non engineering steam, then you can secure admission in IIMs because with a very high CAT score and the marks of academic diversity, your low academic scores can be compensated.
However, if you are from engineering background, then you might face difficulties. In that case you should aim for other A league colleges like FMS, SIBM etc. which either don't consider past records or take minimal weightage for them.

Hi Kenil,
Work profile wise you get to deal with interesting stuff and projects. MBA from reputed college will allow you to widen your horizon. Benchmark goes so high but you can shape your career as per your interest.
All the Best!

Hi Vishal,
Yes, looking at your profile, you have a decent chance to get into a good B School, if you get a good percentile. Prepare well for it though. All the best.

There are various courses that may help you boost your career. It would be better if you can describe your work. For example, if you are working in logistics then you should pursue supply chain management. If you are working in the production department then you can choose operations management and vice versa. It would be better to take a look at available options before deciding.

With 94-96 percentile, you can get IIM, but not old IIM's. And yes, you can surely get into good MBA colleges. With that percentile, you also have to perform well in GD PI.

IIMS provide MBA and PG courses that are meant to be pursued after graduation. You haven't done graduation, hence you are not eligible.

However, it assigns a weight of 50% (20% for class 10th, 10% for class 12th and 20% for Bachelors score) and thus, it would be difficult to get a call from IIM Bangalore (refer tohttp://www.iimb.ac.in/sites/default/files/iimb-pgp-admission-process.pdf). IIM Ahmedabad on the other hand has a minimum cutoff percentage which is set at 80 percentile score. Thus, looking at your graduation score, it would be impossible to get a call from IIMA (unless you are in top 20 percentile at your college, please refer tohttps://web.iima.ac.in/users/admission/files/ShortlistingCriteria for PGP 2017-19 batch_110117. Pdf). However, having said that, the
