You need to score 95+ percentile in your cat exam IIM A, as your rest of academic are fine and fitting the eligibility criteria for IIM.

Yes, it's based on reservation category. I think, for SC and ST, its 90-95, I think so.

For applying in IIM, CAT score matters the most and after clearing the entrance test, you have to prepare well for the personal interview & GD to get admission.

Hello there,
The eligibility criteria for IIM is 50% in any graduation. But the admissions are based on the CAT percentile along with an interview. You need to score 95+ percentile marks to secure your seat in IIM.

Not at all, you can pass out through any average college, but your curriculum percentage should be high, which increases your chances of getting call from IIMS.

The call from IIM or top notch colleges depends on the CAT/entrance exam results and not only percentage.
