Hi,
The admissions to IIM happen through your previous graduation percentage, alongside your results of the entrance exam you give for the admission. To qualify for the admission, you need to have a good percentile in the entrance exams. One example of entrance exam for BBA in IIM Indore is IPMAT. Admissions happen for BBA based on the results of the entrance exam.

First, no IIM offers any guarantee of placements. They can only give you a record of the previous years. Of course, it goes without saying that recruiters throng IIMs since they have a good reputation. But do not worry. All IIMs have a good reputation for placements.
