By the end, result also depends on your CAT scores and your interview.
You can't expect to get a call from IIM, as such without getting a good percentile in CAT.

Well, the minimum percentage required for appearing in CAT is 50% for general and 45% for reserved category. However, if you are a general category student, you are ineligible to give the exam itself. With such percentage, the truth is bitter. All the other good options won't be available at such a score, except you have chances of getting in private institution.

Firstly, you need to complete Bachelor's degree in order to opt for any Master's degree, be it MBA/PGDM M.Com M.Sc etc. Thereafter, for admission in IIM, you must write CAT in order to qualify for the interview rounds.

Admission in IIMs has nothing to do with your work experience as it is not needed at all.
What is needed at best is your CAT score then your communications skills in GD and PI. So, sit back and relax. You need to focus on subjects for entrance to score a good percentile and then prepare well for GD and PI.
