Hello Vaishnavi,
No. IIMs do not accept CMAT scores and they accept only CAT scores.
Some of the top colleges accepting CMAT scores is available in the link below:

It is difficult for you to get into IIMs with this percentage. CAT exam is very tough as well.

As per trends a percentile above 99 is safe along with a decent academic record.

Hi,
I would recommend you to go for FMS after IIMs. Its the only government colleges with best placements.

That depends on a lot of factors: where do you see yourself 5-10 years down the line? Would you prefer a less hectic PSU life or a more hectic yet more rewarding career?
A PGPX from IIM-A will open your doors to a medium to a higher management role in private multinational companies. This will be hectic of course but will have better career progression compared to PSU. So at the end of the day, it is your decision. If you ask me, I would say ofcourse you should opt for PGPX at IIM- Ahmedabad.

It is not compulsory to have work experience, but if you have work experience, then it would be your plus point. As, IIMs want to see your potential, having work experience would help you to get admission in IIMs.
