Yes, IIMs would be the best for doing Executive MBA courses. For this you need to contact them directly. They offer such courses for limited periods in the year.

Hi,
It totally depends on your interest in the field that you choose. As at the end you need to satisfy the interviewer how the job is related to management, what insight have you gained, what was your profile, and what extra have you got from your work experience.

It totally depends on your interest. IIM will be good if you are interested towards management side and UPSC if you want to get a govt. job. So just find your interest.

For getting into one of the IIMs CAT is compulsory as IIMs accept only CAT score. Along with IIMs 90% or more colleges in India accept CAT score except for few like Xavier colleges , Symbiosis etc for that you need to give XAT & SNAP respectively. Once you get a good score or percentile in CAT then your door to best business schools opens up.

The better the business school, the easier it is to break into the investment banking industry. BUT, its still difficult even if you went to the best school. Most students from top schools who chase the banking dream never get in. There arent enough positions available.
However the best possible way to make a choice would be to focus on previous placement records.

So although both would be an ideal choice for MBA but investment banking would be
