The minimum score required is 50% in graduation for a general category student, but if you score more that would add to your academics. Try for 70% and above.

Three divisions are there, most of the questions are asked from these only-
Quantitative Aptitude,
Data interpretation & logical reasoning,
Verbal and reading comprehension,
Arithmetic, Algebra, Number system & Geometry majorly comes in Quantitative aptitude.
Questions based on table, charts for data interpretation (4 questions in a set)
& logical reasoning questions come as a paragraph questions consisting around 4 questions from the question set.
English consists of para-jumbles, critical reasoning, grammar and majorly reading comprehension.

As long as you have a graduation degree, you should be able to pursue MBA FT from FMS Delhi.
