You have got enough time to prepare for CAT & GMAT.If you want to get into IIMs, one thing you can do is practice with complete dedication. Know your weak areas and practice more n more. It is very essential to understand time management. For that , make practice papers with your timer on.

If you want to do MBA from outside India, CAT isn't going to be useful. However, not all MBA programs require GMAT. Some are fine with GRE. To get admission in IIMs, you need to have a Bachelor's degree of any discipline with at least 50% (for general category), 40% (for SC, ST and PWD candidates).
You need to clear CAT exam (Common Admission Test) with a good percentile (usually above 85) to pursue management studies from IIMs.

The fee structure is around 20 lakhs for 2 years. It is said that IIMs would revise the fee structure every year so that there would be an increase in the fee structure.
