To get a seat in IIMs does not only depend on your CAT percentile but also on your your academic record, overall personality, commitment, communication skills, knowledge and positive attitude.

Consider the following order of above colleges based on their placements: 1. MITCON 2. DIMR, 3. Sai Balaji, and later IIMS are the best.

Normally, IIMs take overall score including entrance examination and GD and PI. Therefore, why do you think one is not done excellently in GD and PI. Be positive.

Apologies for the late reply. The procedure for joining any IIM is as follows:-
1. Prepare well for an exam called Common Aptitude Test (CAT), generally held in November end or December first week.
2. Register for the exam, once its notification comes out(generally comes in Aug).
3. Know the cutoffs and eligibility criteria properly for the different IIMs, to get a clear idea of which IIMs you have a realistic chance of getting a call.
4. Give your best on the D-day. Whilst studying for CAT, prepare for the subsequent interview rounds to be held by the different IIMs.
