The placement cell of IIM-Ahmedabad is doing very good with 100% success in placing the students in top firms. Till now, India-based firms visit the campus for recruitment.
But there is a good chance of you going abroad if you are placed in some international firm. While working, you get many chances to move out of India.

Hello Anup,
Any Bachelor's degree will do in order to pursue your MBA from an IIM. However, ensure that the degree (B.Sc, BMS, B.Com, etc.) is given from a reputed and/or Govt. approved University.

To get admission in IIMs, you need to clear CAT. You need to score at least 97 percentile in CAT to get a call from IIMs. A good academic/work profile will definitely get you in IIMs.

HR is human resource. A human-resource department (HR department) of an organisation performs human resource management, overseeing various aspects of employment, such as compliance with labor law and employment standards, administration of employee benefits, and some aspects of recruitment and dismissal.
One need to study BBA /MBA in HR and get into this line.
