A candidate must hold a Bachelors Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA .

BITS is an autonomous UGC approved university. All degrees awarded by University even by WILP are valid for seeking admission in higher education in India and abroad. As you have done a degree by distance learning you may get lesser preference or weightage in GDPI because of general mindset about such degrees.

The best institute is IISWB&M (oldest B-school of India), IIFT, IIT-K, Vinod Mehta Management and you can also check BIBS and IMI.
If possible share your percentile and area of interest.

It will be difficult for you to get into IIMs. Your scores are on lower side. You need to score very high in CAT. Along with this you need to have good work profile or extra curricular activities.

Admission in IIM is based on meritocracy. There is no branch or subject-wise stated preferences at any of the IIMs.
