There is no college bias in IIM selection. Selection is purely based on meritocracy. If you crack CAT and do well in GDPI you stand fair chances to get selected in IIMs.

It depends upon the IIM you are targeting, every IIM has different criteria to select students and give different weightage to the graduation marks. Having said that, if there is a genuine reason why you were not able to complete your degree in time, it can be taken into consideration because there are high chances that even if you are able to crack CAT and sit for an IIM interview this question can be asked. Prepare your answer well. Don't lose hope and start preparing for CAT, the sky has limits. All the very best!!

Work experience is not a necessary requirement to get admission into IIM A. Considerable percentage of people of current batch are freshers.

To get admission in any IIM, you need to register and prepare well for an entrance exam called Common Aptitude Test (CAT).
You can check the below mentioned link:

All the IIMs have a sectional and overall cutoff, clearing which will increase your chances of getting shortlisted for the interview rounds (Consisting of a written aptitude test and personal interview) conducted by them.
