You do not meet the minimum eligibility criteria for the IIM integrated courses after 12th. As per the official websites of the IIMs, you need to have at least 60% marks in your 12th examination from a recognised board or institution to apply for the Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) or the Integrated Programme in Law. However, you can still pursue other management courses after graduation and appear for the CAT exam to get admission in the IIMs for the postgraduate programmes.

Candidates can apply to any of the 21 IIMs after the CAT result declaration, irrespective of whether they have selected them or not during the CAT registration process. However, candidates should note that each IIM has its own admission criteria and shortlisting process, which may vary from year to year.
