As you belong to OBC category, you can get a call from IIMs, if you score above 85 percentile. For the new IIMs, 80 percentile is enough to get a call.

Dear Piyush,
IIEBM Indus Business School is the best because of the high potential it has to nurture a student to become future leaders.I would like to tell you one fact out of many that is different and unique in IIEBM is only 180 seats ,which is not there in any other institute. This actually means getting personal attention by each of your faculty to solve queries and discuss various aspects.

Yes, you can get admission because IIMs consider CAT percentile along with academic profile and performance in GD / PI. Weightage is given to each aspect. So, if you score well in CAT then you have a chance.

Hi,
The difficulty level of the exam had increased a little this time and as a result, the experts predict that the CAT cut off 2016 may reduce. As per expert analysis, a score of 150 to 166 will be equivalent to secure 99 percentile or above. In terms of sectional CAT 2016 cut off, candidates have to score 70, 57 and 60 in Verbal Ability, DI & LR and Quantitative Ability sections respectively.

It depends on your caste and category. If you are from general category it is still hard to get a good IIM with 95.41 percentile.
