IIM admissions importantly focus on the CAT score. Your 12th score might not have much importance while you go for admission in IIMs. Therefore, start preparation for CAT and get above 95 percentile for the same.

BIMM is better than IIMS for MBA because average salary package of BIMM is 6 LPA whereas it is 3.5 LPA in IIMM Pune. Therefore, prefer BIMM, Pune.

More than 85% is mandatory for general category students, for other categories even lower marks can do. Mostly, you would need good graduation score and work experience.

You can take admission in IIMs but you need to score very good in CAT so as to compensate your graduation score.

Hello Monali,
CAT 2016 has been conducted on December 4, 2016. The experts predict that the CAT cut-off 2016 may reduce. As per the expert analysis, a score of 150 to 166 will be equivalent to secure 99 percentile or above. In terms of sectional CAT 2016 cut-off, candidates have to score 70, 57 and 60 in Verbal Ability, DI & LR and Quantitative Ability sections respectively. The final CAT cut-off 2016 will be announced in the month of January, 2017 by the top B-Schools in India. The IIMs have already started announcing their CAT cut-off percentile along with the admission criteria which you can refer from their official websites.

The calls start pouring in a matter of days (4-5days for 1st call) after disclosure of results. But I would suggest not to wait for the calls and utilize the time to start your interview preparation.
All the best.
