Only CAT scores matter. Your graduation marks will only help you during the PI. It doesn't matter from which college you have done your graduation.

Hi Amar,
To get shortlisted based on your academic profile, you need to score above 90 percent marks or be in your class merit. This will help you to get admission in top IIM's. Below this percentage, you may get admission in other reputed B-school.

Admission in IIM is open for all brilliant students from all type of universities and colleges provided they meet eligibility criterion and score high in CAT examination. Students from top colleges may have some perceived advantage during GD & PI.

You can join any good coaching center or if you can prepare yourself, then do that. You can try to solve mock test as much as possible.
