You need to write CAT exam and score a minimum of 95 percentile to get a call from IIMs.

IIM Indore has this specialisation.IPM test is taken for this. Every year near about 20000 students give this test and only 120 seats are there. So you need to work hard for that.

Yes, it is the least package they get from the company as they have cleared from IIMs. They can get even more.

Indian Institute of Management are the prime places to do management courses in India. There are many IIMs and these have global presence and image too. The fees is low as these are government supported. CAT is what they use for admissions.
