You must have a minimum 50% marks in graduation & you have to score 90 percentile or more to get a call from any of the IIMs.
After getting a call you have to pass personal interview, group discussion & written ability test.
If you will pass all admission stages, your name will be shortlisted & you will get admission.

If you are from general category then no need of that. But, if you are an OBC or other below categories, in order to get concession in admission it is required.
