For IIM, CAT score is important, and graduation needs only 50%, and for IIT:
Minimum 75% aggregate marks should have been secured in 12th standard (or equivalent) examination. The candidates should be within the top 20 category percentile of the qualifying examination. While calculating aggregate marks, the candidates should take into account scores of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Language and any one other subject. Your academic profile is decent. So you deserved for Iims. CAT percentile is an important component of shortlisting and required above 98 percentile for top three Iims. So plan accordingly.

The eligibility criteria of 5 years Integrated programme in Management (IPM) is given below. Eligibility: Class 12th with a minimum 60% of aggregate marks (55% for reserved categories). So as per the eligibility criteria, Mathematics is not necessary at class 12th level. However, Mathematics of class 10th level is needed for solving the quantitative aptitude questions of the entrance exam. Further Mathematics is also not necessary in class 12th for CLAT UG. While the UPSC is a graduation level exam and Mathematics is also not necessary here for eligibility.
