Hi Rudraksh,
Given your graduation score, it seems difficult to gain admission in IIM B as graduation score has a significant weight-age of 20%. Similarly, your other scores are also on the lower side which would further hamper your chances. Since your HSC marks are not on the higher side, you should aim to score high score more than 97%ile in CAT exam.

Cutoffs varies with categories. You can check IIM, Visakhapatnam official website for information regarding the same. Tuition fee excluding hostel is Rs 10.5 lakhs and the hostel fee is Rs 25,000 per semester.
Yes,there are students from commerce stream.

Since you have academic scores on lower side and no work experience,you should focus on maximizing your CAT score as both academic scores and work experience carries a significant weightage. If you are from general category you should aim for 97+ percentile with balanced sectionals above 90 to secure a call for sure.
