The tuition fee is INR 20,000 for a two-year M.Tech course. The total fee will further include other components such as hotel fee (if applicable), caution deposit and other amount to be paid at the time of admission of INR 1.08 lakh. This given fee is further taken from unofficial sources and hence is subject to changes.

For M.Tech at IIT Bhubaneswar, admission offers for GATE-qualified candidates are uploaded on the Common Offer Acceptance Portal (COAP). Thus, candidates must register at the COAP portal to view and accept their offers. Candidates can register on the COAP portal is free of cost. Further, selected candidates can accept the offer to confirm their seat in an M.Tech programme.

Interested students need to first check the eligible criteria for GATE exam. The technology institute shortlist candidates based on GATE entrance scores. Selected students further need to participate in COAP counselling. In addition, the aspirants graduated from any of the IIT are exempted from the GATE entrance score requirement. Further, the GATE application form can be filled out online by visiting the website (gate.iitk.ac.in).

The M.Tech admission dates for 2025 at IIT Bhubaneshwar is out now since the GATE 2025 exam dates are out. IIT Roorkee has REVISED the GATE 2025 application form dates. As per the revised schedule, GATE 2025 registrations had started on 28 August, 2024. The last date for GATE 2025 registration have been extended to October 3, 2024 (without late fees). Earlier, candidates had to submit the application form by 26 September 2024, with regular fees. Candidates will be able to submit the GATE 2025 application form with late fees until October 11, 2024 (extended).

Yes, IIT Bhubaneswar does have BTech course. The four-year BTech course is offered in six specialisations. Admission to all BTech programs is conducted only through the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE). Candidates aspiring for admission in BTech at IIT Bhubaneswar must fulfill the eligibility criteria of JEE Main and JEE Advanced. After that candidates are required to participate in the JoSAA counselling.

Yes, admission dates for the academic year 2025 are for BTech course at IIT Bhubaneswar. Since admission to the BTech course is subject to a valid score in the JEE exams therefore candidates must watch out for the etrance exam dates. To get admission in IIT Bhubaneswar for MSc courses, IIT Bhubaneswar JAM cutoff is accepted. IIT Bhubaneswar MSc cutoff 2024 was concluded. The cutoff was released for different categories under the AI quota. For the General AI category, the minimum rank for MSc course was 111. The toughest course for the same was M.Sc. + Ph.D. in Geology. For the OBC AI category, the cutoff ranks ranged between 232 and 1417, the toughest course being M.Sc. + Ph.D. in Atmosphere and Ocean Sciences.

The cutoff rank for various BTech courses closed between a range of 3685 and 14898, for the General AI category. The most competitive course for the General AI category candidates was BTech in Computer Science and Engineering.
