The cutoff trend for B.Tech at IIT Bhubaneswar - Indian Institute of Technology has been increasing in the recent years. In 2021, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 2304. In 2022, it increased to 2769. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 740 to 859 for OBC, 439 to 366 for SC, 291 to 204 for ST, 292 to 355 for EWS. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.

IIT Bhubaneswar - Indian Institute of Technology will release 6 rounds of JEE Advanced cutoffs for admission to B.Tech. The cutoffs will be released on a rolling basis, and the seats will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The cutoffs will be based on the following factors:The JEE Advanced score of the candidateThe category of the candidateThe number of seats available in the courseCandidates must visit the official website of entrance exam to read clear instructions on how to proceed with the counselling process, once the round is released.

The last year 2022 cutoff ranks for B.Tech. in Civil Engineering + M.Tech. in Transportation Engineering at IIT Bhubaneswar - Indian Institute of Technology other than General category are - 5008 for OBC, 2628 for SC, 2050 for EWS. While the admissions are based on the scores/rank obtained in JEE exam, the last cut offs also change a lot depending on All India quota or Home State. It also varies if the applicant is a female.

Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 12489 and closing rank was 14224. Cut off are different when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 18771 and 18771. Admission to B.Tech. in Civil Engineering + M.Tech. in Structural Engineering in IIT Bhubaneswar - Indian Institute of Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

IIT BHU accepts JEE Advanced score, followed by JoSAA Counselling for admission to the BTech courses. IIT BHU cutoff 2023 was concluded after Round 6 of the JEE Advanced Seat Allotment Result. As per IIT BHU cutoff 2023, the last round closing rank for BTech was ranged between 1366 and 24641 for the BTech courses. Considering the IIT BHU cutoff 2023, Integrated BTech + MTech in Computer Science Engineering was the most competitive course, followed by Integrated BTech + MTech in Mathematics and Computing considering its last round closing rank for the General All India category student.

IIT BHU JEE Advanced cutoff 2023 was concluded after Round 6 of the Seat Allotment Result for the Engineering and Architecture courses. As per the IIT BHU BArch cutoff 2023, the last round closing rank stood at 24641 for the General All India category student. For 2023, cut off was 3785 for SC candidates in All India quota for Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) in Indian Institute of Technology, Varanasi. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 24641 was the closing rank. BArch cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.

IIT Bhubaneswar offers UG, PG, and PhD courses through seven schools of study. At the UG level, the university offers four-year BTech and five-year dual degree programmes, namely BTech + MTech. The institute offers two-year MTech and MSc courses. IIT Bhubaneswar also offers PhD courses in 15 specialisations. The mode of IIT Bhubaneswar admission is online. For admission to UG courses, candidates need to clear the entrance exam, followed by JoSAA counselling. Admission to PG courses is based on the entrance exam scores, followed by PI. For admission to PhD courses, candidates need to take IIT JAM and clear the PI round.
