Hi,
The marks required to get admission will be a very tough thing to tell, as admissions are rank based and the marks fluctuate every year both in percentage as well as absolute due to varying difficulties of the JEE each year. You can check the relevant ranks and other data on JoSAA website. It is the most reliable resource as JoSAA is the body that sees the admission process through JEE. http://josaa.nic.in/Result/result/OpeningClosingRank.aspx.

Cutoffs are originally decided based on the toughness of examination and the number of seat availables in NITS and IITS, and number of candidates applied. It is decided after registration of examination.

Hello Sunil,
There is no particular cut-off score, instead, you will be having closing and opening ranks for each IIT that vary every year.
Also, the marks for each JEE Advanced paper are not fixed.
For getting admission into top IITs, your all India rank should be at least below 4000.
All the best.
