these requirements are eligible for JEE Mains and JEE Advance. Thank you.

I advise you to take maths as a compulsory subject because IIT JEE newly revised pattern of calculating scores considers your marks in Maths, Physics and Chemistry of Class XII. So, if you are interested in doing Engineering, you should take PCM + Optional subject.

No, students with B.Sc are not eligible to take part in any Masters in technology programme, be it from any university they come from. it is exclusively for B.Tech students and not for B.Sc.

Yes, you said that you qualified JEE Advanced exam. You need to have a very good score in JEE Advanced to get an IIT.

There is no sectional cutoff (Subjects wise cutoff) in JEE Main for qualifying the JEE-Advance. Only aggregate marks are considered for deciding the cutoff marks. As per year 2019, the required JEE Main cutoff percentile for ST candidate is 44.33. Hence, if yours daughter has secured this cutoff percentile than she can qualify for JEE-Advance.

There is an exam which is IISC P.Hd entrance test. I would suggest you to attend to get seat in IISC and IIT for Ph.D in Chemistry and their cutoffs.
