Given below are the eligibility criteria for admission to the BTech programme at IIT Bhilai:The candidate should have passed class 12 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with a minimum of 75% aggregate.Candidates based on their scores/ ranks in the JEE-Advanced exam will be selected for further admission process.Selected candidates will be required to report to the admission cell at IIT Bhilai for document verification and fee payment leading to final seat allotment.

Hello Yuvan, to get admission in any IIT, a student needs to be eligible to appear for JEE advanced as a first stage. At the second stage he needs to score quite well in JEE advanced so that the student gets admission in the desired course.   After the conclusion of all the sessions planned for a particular year, National Testing Agency, announces the results of JEE mains. Hi there. The eligibility criteria for class 12 percentage was removed earlier due to Covid 19. But the criteria is back in place now. From 2023 for admission to NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs through JEE (Joint Entrance Examination), candidates are required to score at least 75% marks in their Class 12 board exams. However, for candidates belonging to SC/ST categories, the minimum required marks are 60%. Meeting this eligibility criterion is essential to be considered for admissions to these prestigious institutes.
