Yes, IIT Goa has a dedicated student counselling and support centre. It came into existence to ensure the mental and emotional well-being of the students. To get admission in BTech at IIT Goa, students go through rigorous study sessions for clearing JEE Advanced. The studies get more serious at the college with students aiming to land in their dream jobs.IIT Goa has a licensed and experienced counsellor, who addresses students common problems, such as academic stress, anxiety, personal relationships, etc. The counsellor conduct individual counselling sessions, workshops, and group therapy as well. As per the IIT Goa official website, the counsellor is available at the campus on every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, between 3:30 pm to 7 pm. Thus, the BTech students get health/counselling services at IIT Goa.
