Yes, there are many concepts which are repeated in the JEE Mains. But it's very hard questions would be repeated. But previous year is very important. Best wishes to you.

I think the best way to get prepare for IIT JAM 2023 is the coaching or a proper guidance. First, you need to get all the information regarding the pattern, cutoff etc. As the first part has already done and you are in the second phase where you have to enhance for performance in 2nd season. So you need to do some previous year question paper and go for a test series. Check your analysis after every test and correct for mistake and back your speed. Just go through all the topics and focus on what you have done. Don't cover the syllabus you haven't read yet.

I am understanding your question as You haven't prepared for the IIT JAM exam and want to know what could be done so I will answer this question. The preparation time varies depending on the factors like quality of IIT JAM Study Material, the number of questions practiced, study plan/schedule, and dedication. But for proper studies, it is recommended to prepare for 6 months. So you should check sample paper and go through concept for topics already came in previous years if unfortunately you didn't qualify then one of the alternative options of IIT JAM is CCMN.

You should not calm yourself with movies and there is already detailed page in Shiksha for last minute tips what you should do at last minute. Since you have asked, I would provide you briefly at what you should do. Firstly, Refrain yourself from new topic but revision as preparation can never be enough so do revise once the topics you have covered already and check sample paper and timing of examination and don't forget any necessary documents for exam. I hope you do well. All the best.
