Hello,
If you want to pursue M.Sc from IITs/IISc through IIT JAM then you must have 55% aggregate marks at B.Sc. Level. If you satisfied the complete criteria then you can apply for JAM. If you have done your B.Sc in chemistry then I will suggest you prepare for IIT JAM Chemistry: https://goo.gl/F8vLLR
The basic criteria for JAM given below: -
IIT JAM 2019 is open to all nationals (Indian/Foreign). There is no age restriction, i.e. there is no IIT JAM age eligibility, regardless of your current age, you can apply for JAM. To apply for admission to the desired programme, a candidate is required to qualify in the corresponding Test Paper

Yes, you can apply for IIT JAM Exam. You need a graduation degree in any discipline with minimum 55% marks for General & OBC and 50% marks for SC, ST categories. You are eligible for JAM IIT biological Science exam. For appearing in JAM IIT Exam, some essential qualification also required. Candidates who want to go to the admission in Integrated Ph.D in Biological Sciences through JAM IIT https://goo.gl/521eUm must have Biology/ Chemistry/ Physics/ Mathematics as Essential subjects in Bachelor's degree along with minimum duration and biology subject in class 12th.

So, you are eligible. But you should also satisfy all the other eligibility criteria if you want to appear in the exam.
