If you are planning to take JAM IIT it is necessary for you plan step ahead as the JAM exam takes minimum 3-4 hours of study in a day. The printout of the syllabus and prioritize it. If you are preparing for geology I would like to suggest to following tips for the exam. Read Basic techniques in structural geology by Stephen Marshak and Gautam Mitra. This will set the base for you. After reading first 4 chapters you will be able to appreciate the subject, solve questions and boost your confidence. These are some suggestions for you.
