Both of these IITs can be compared based on various parameters, such as institute ranking, BTech course fee, placements, and more. In the NIRF 2024 rankings under the 'Engineering' category, IIT Jammu has been ranked #62 and IIT Dharwad is in the #101-150 band. The BTech tuition fee is the same in both the institutes - INR 8 lakh. Considering the presented data, IIT Jammu has a upper hand with a better ranking. However, students can take into account other factors as well to make a decision.
