Opening and Closing rank depends on the category and quota of candidates. For general category under All India, opening rank was 4458 and closing rank was 4856. Cut off are differant when it comes to other categories or female candidates and even domicile of home state. In All India, opening and closing rank for female candidates was 1496 and 9840. Admission to B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering in IIT Jammu - Indian Institute of Technology is based on the scores obtained in the entrance exam JEE Advanced. Applicants are advised to confirm what category are they applying while checking for cut offs.

For IIT Jammu cutoff 2023 was 16786 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.Tech. in Civil Engineering in IIT Jammu - Indian Institute of Technology. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 23299 was the closing rank. B.Tech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.IIT Jammu admissions 2024 are based on JEE Main 2024 ranks followed by JEE Advanced ranks and further followed by JoSAA Counselling. Candidates seeking admission to the BTech must appear for JEE Main and JEE Advanced in order to be eligible for further admission process.

IIT Jammu 2023, cut off was 16433 for General category candidates in All India quota for B.Tech in Chemical Engineering in IIT Jammu - Indian Institute of Technology. For female candidates in general category under All India quota, 22180 was the closing rank. BTech cut off varies depending on the category and domicile/quota of the applicant.IIT Jammu admissions 2024 are based on JEE Main 2024 ranks followed by JEE Advanced ranks and further followed by JoSAA Counselling. Candidates seeking admission to the BTech must appear for JEE Main and JEE Advanced in order to be eligible for further admission process.

BTech at IIT Jammu is available across seven specialisations. IIT Jammu's UG courses include 20% seats (category wise) for IIT Jammu + IIM Jammu dual degree program (four-year BTech of IIT Jammu and two-year MBA of IIM Jammu). The transition to IIM Jammu MBA is to be opted by the end of the third year of the IIT Jammu BTech course. The total tuition fee for IIT Jammu's MTech programme is INR 80,000. This fee element, howevet, is sourced from unofficial sources. Hence, is indicative. Other than the tuition fee, students have to pay other one-time charges, such as the application fee, entrance application fee, exam fee, library, alumni and other charges. However, this fee and fee-breakup can be sourced from the admission office of IIT Jammu once admission is confirmed. IISc Bangalore (result announcing body of GATE) will announce the GATE 2024 result on March 25. To check the result, students will need to enter their GATE enrollment ID, registered email ID, and date of birth. In 2024, IISc Bangalore will conduct the GATE exam. This exam also opens various opportunities for engineering and Science graduates to work in Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) and in the field of research. Yes, GATE 2024 exam dates have been announced. IISc Bangalore will conduct the GATE 2024 exam on February 3, 4, 10, and 11. The GATE 2024 application form will release on Aug 24 on the official website at gate.iisc.ac.in. The organising institute for GATE 2024 is IISc Bangalore. The exam will be conducted online as a computer-based test for 29 papers. Students will be required to solve 65 questions in 180 minutes (3 hours). The GATE 2024 syllabus is based on General Aptitude and Core Discipline, carrying a weightage of 15% and 85% respectively. Check more about GATE 2024 exam here.

IIT Jammu has released the placement report for M.Tech in Tunnel Engineering for the year 2023. As per the placement statistics 2023, the highest package offered was INR 5 LPA. As of now, no previous year placement data has been found for Tunnel Engineering. Tunnel Engineering course is part of M.Tech Civil Engineering. However, no placement data for the previous last two years for Tunnel Engineering has been found on the official website.
