IIT Jodhpur fee structure mainly three components. As per the official sources, candidtaes have to pay for Tuition Fees, One-time Fees and Hostel Fees. The one-time fee and Hoste fees are common for all courses. Except for BTech course, the mess and hostel charges are separate. The lowest tuition fee for IITJodhpurr courses is INR 40,000, whereas the highest fees goes up to INR 2.90 lakh.

The total tuition fee for a two-year MSc is INR 26,000 and INR 80,000 for the MSc-MTech course. This fee is calculated in accordance with the first-semester fee. Thus, the fee may vary. In addition, the admission fee and a refundable deposit of INR 11,800 are also payable at the time of admission. The applicants are required to have a graduate degree in the respective disciplines with a minimum eligible aggregate, i.e., 60% (5.5 for SC/ST). In addition, the aspirants must also meet the other eligibility criteria for IIT JAM. Candidates further must have the relevant documents as a proof of eligibility for verification purposes.

Admission to the PG-level course is through the IIT Joint Admission Test for Masters (JAM). Candidates shall apply for the IIT JAM exam and secure a valid score for admission. The application process is carried out online on the official website of the university. IIT JAM Counselling was concluded after the Round 4 Seat Allotment Result. JAM cutoff 2023 was released for five MSc and Integrated MSc specialisations.
