The total fee for the four-year BS programme of IIT Kanpur is INR 8 lakh. This is inclusive of the one-time admission and caution deposits but is not inclusive of the hostel fee. IIT Kanpur offers a four-year BS degree (Bachelor of Science) which is also referred to as BSc by many. At the undergraduate level, IIT Kanpur offers this programme in full-time and it provides both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of Science. Available across six specialisations, admission to this programme is entrance exam-based (JEE Main followed by JEE Advanced).
