Candidate must be in top 20 percentile of respective Std. XII board. Candidate is eligible to appear for JEE Main in three consecutive years, from the year he appears for Std. XII.The eligibility criteria for the BTech course at Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras) is that candidates should have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 75% aggregate.
