IIT Madras offers a 4-year undergarduate B.Tech programme in Computer Science and Engineering and various other specializations. Applicants must meet the entrance standards, which are 75% in the 12th class and JEE Advance qualification, in order to be admitted to the B.Tech programme at IIT Madras. The total tuition fee for various courses at IIT Madras is near to INR 8 LPA. Students  must also pay a one-time enttance fee INR 7050 and a dorm cost of INR 3,10,400 in addition to their tuition.

The minimal eligibility requirement for General category candidates seeking admission to IIT Madras' M.Tech programme is a 60% aggregate graduation mark. Candidates must additionally pass the GATE exam with a valid score in order to be eligible.
