The BSc application fee at IIT Patna is INR 1,500. The fee is refundable and must be paid once the BSc registration form is completed.

IIT Patna charges one time fees of Rs 20000 which includes caution money of Rs 15000 to institution and Rs 5000 to hostel. Caution money will get refunded at the end of your degree to your respective bank account.Complete fees for B.Tech is about 12 Lakhs and for M.Tech and M.Sc is about 2.5 Lacs in IIT Patna. Tution fees of IIT Patna is like all the IITs which is 100000rs per semester. Total fees of IIT Patna for one semester is about 145000rs which includes your instituion fees, hostel rent and mess fees.But IITs also provide scholarships based on annual income of the family whose details are given below-1)100% Tuition Fee waiver for SC/ST/PH students.2)Full remission of the Tuition Fee for General and OBC students whose family income is less than Rs.1 Lacs per annum.3)Remission of 2/3rd of the Tuition Fee for General and OBC students whose family income is between Rs.1 Lacs to Rs.5 Lacs per annum.
