Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Ropar was established in 2008 as one of the eight IITs that was set up by the MHRD and the Government of India. IIT Punjab has 12 departments under it and through these departments, it offers undergraduate, PG, and PhD courses to students across Engineering, Science, and various other streams. MTech at IIT Ropar is a PG-level course offered in the full-time mode. IIT Ropar fees are cumulative of  components such as one-time payment, tuition fees, hostel charges and more. The tuition fees for MTech at the institute is INR 34,000 for two years. The hostel fee amount to INR 37,200. Additionally, selected candidates must pay a one-time fee at the time of admission. This fee amounts to INR 16,550. The mentioned fees have been sourced from the official website of the institute/sanctioning body. It is still subject to change and hence, is indicative.
