The qualifying marks for JEE Main to be eligible for admission to IITs (Indian Institutes of Technology) vary from year to year and also depend on several factors such as the difficulty level of the exam, number of candidates appearing for the exam, etc. However, to be eligible for JEE Advanced (which is the entrance exam for admission to IITs), a candidate must secure the cutoff marks or be in the top 2,50,000 rank holders of JEE Main. This cutoff is based on the category of the candidate and is released separately for General, OBC-NCL, SC, ST, and PwD candidates. DU does not offers B.Tech, but one of its Department Cluster Innovation Centre offers B.Tech (Information Technology and Mathematical Innovations). You have to apply separately for the Entrance Exam for B.Tech. So fill that form, if you haven't already. They have 75% in 12th as eligibility criteria for the Entrance Exam but amid the Covid Pandemic, they might give some relaxation. Keep Updated on DU website for more information.

These 3 are the best institutions of our Country. According to me IIT is the best amongst these 3. The main factor is that which IIT you are getting in. If the IIT you are getting in is low tier comparing to VIT or BITS then you can go for these 2. So, basically the conclusion is that you should focus on the college which you are getting in and compare it with the rest of them.
