NEET is easier but acceptance rate is lower. It has acceptance rate of around 0.1 percent whereas IIT JEE has 1 percentage so you can calculate. Also at the end of the day its about getting accepted.

I think this is because of the great mass of students coming here. These students include some great minds which provides a great environment like kotak has around 1.5 Lacs students so you get a good competition and faculty members are vastly trained.

Yes you can. But the question is which kind of college are you targeting? There are plenty of private colleges who take students in the course as long you provide them with money but that wouldn't be a very favorable deal so I would recommend you to target top private colleges like lpu, vit, srm which they have their own entrance exam and also have management quota. So keep this in mind and good luck.

According to the current demand, both courses are good. However, you can choose the course according to your interests. The NTA (National Testing Agency) releases the JEE Main exam pattern on its official website on an annual basis since the exam is conducted twice every year for two Papers I. e. Fiitjee- Kalu Sarai and Punjabi Bagh centres which are in Delhi are really best for IIT

No, the person isn't able to get admission in IIT, IIIT or NIT as the minimum requirement to get admission into these is 75% in HSC.
