The 12th marks criteria of 75% has been reintroduced during this year in admission in NIT, IIITs, IITs and GFTIs. So 75% marks in 12th are mandatory.

NO you can not get. You needs to clear the compartment first. As per the Information Brochure JEE Advanced 2022 page no. 43. Performance in Class XII (or Equivalent) Board Examination : Candidates must PASS class XII (or Equivalent) exam with the following subjects:
I. Physics
ii. Chemistry
iii. Mathematics
iv. A language
v. Any subject other than the above four.

You may opt for improvement exam of Maharashtra board instead of repeating the 12th for the less marks subjects. The minimum cutoff marks for getting admission in NITs, IITs, IIITs and GFTIs are 75% in 12th for general category.

They will give you some time to upload the correct category Certificate. If you are not able to produce valid category Certificate within deadline. They will consider you as general student. And you will be allocated seat according to general student. If you are getting any Institute you will be alloted that.

Hello Naveen, if you are from open catagory then you are not even eligible for admission into NIT or GFTI's. To help you I am attaching below the cutoffs prescribed by NTA last year for eligibility to appear for JEE Advanced and for seeking admission in NIT's etc.
2021 : Cut-off for JEE Advanced in different categories:-
