The minimum mark required in JEE Advanced for ECE in any of the IITs is 150. But it totally depends on the college. If your marks meet the eligibility criteria then you will get the best college. So don't think about minimum marks.

Hi,The minimum marks required in JEE Advanced to qualify for IIT is 10percent in each subject and 150 marks is considered as a average mark.
