Amity University, Mumbai is great for B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering. The Eligibility is:
12th PCM - min 60%
If you have given a state/national exam, you submit the score online on Amity University Website. Or
If you have not given any test, there is Amity JEE Test which you have to clear get the admission. The fee per semester for B.Tech CSE is 1.11Lakhs. You can look at your course on the website mentioned below:

The Placement Cell/CRC of Amity Mumbai makes sure that there is 100% placement for the students. Below is the link for companies which come for placemen

No, students with B.Sc are not eligible to take part in any Masters in technology programme, be it from any university they come from. it is exclusively for B.Tech students and not for B.Sc.
